- A Google User Added March 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A very average approach to customer service. Not overtly rude just not interested with a dash of arrogance. Staff/owners will not go even a little bit out of their way to help. eg: can't buy a mixed bunch of roses, they are colour grouped so if you want these three colours you will have to buy all three whole bunches. GAH! I've given them several goes and each time leave with a sour taste in my mouth. I will travel 1/5 hour the other way and shop at Shrinking Violets in Yarra Glen!!!!!!!
