After my cut and colour, I went into work the next day and 3 people asked me why I didn't have my roots done and that my hair looks really patchy and uneven (not the reaction I had hoped for). I spoke to the so called owner Alex and explained I really wasn't happy and that I was due to go on holiday in a couple days and don't want really bad / obvious roots. They rebooked me to rectify the poor job, and when I turned up to my appointment the salon was closed. Not even a phone call to advise they will not be open!!!!!!!!!!! Turns out that these guys have a reputation for their dodgy work. Never ever again!!!!
